Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
• The item must be returned with original packaging
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Non-returnable items:
• Custom-made or personalized products (unless damaged or defective)
• Final sale items
• Used or damaged items (not caused by us)

 Return Process

To initiate a return:
1. Contact us at info@svony.com within 14 days of delivery
2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. Once approved, we will share the return address and instructions

⚠️ Items must be shipped back within the same 14-day window after approval. Late returns are not be accepted.

 Return Shipping Costs
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will cover the shipping cost

 Refunds
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection
• If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method
• Refunds are typically issued within 7–10 business days  

 Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
• Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Include photos for faster resolution
• We will offer a replacement or full refund

 Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item:
• Please return your item
• Place a new order separately
