Privacy Policy: At Svony, we are committed to safeguarding our customers' information. Rest assured that we do not share or sell your personal data to third parties. All sensitive data, including credit card information, is securely encrypted during transmission to our payment processor.
Pricing Policy: Our prices are denominated in US Dollars and do not include any applicable taxes. International orders may incur additional foreign transaction fees depending on your bank's policies. Svony reserves the right to cancel orders with pricing errors.
Free Shipping: We are proudly announce that we'd like to offer our valued customers a worldwide free shipping (exceptions may be applied regarding the extraordinary situations of some countries).We strive to process orders within 1-4 business days. Our trusted shipping partners include FedEx, UPS, and DHL. Delivery times generally range from 3-5 business days for the US and Europe, and 5-7 business days for Australia, New Zealand, Asia, Latin America, and Africa. Please be aware that delivery times may vary during peak seasons. All items are shipped with comprehensive insurance coverage. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses. Please note that import taxes may occurred during the shipments and each country has got their own ratio policies regarding the import taxes.
Ordering Procedure: We will promptly provide you with shipping details within 1-4 business days. At Svony, we make every effort to present accurate product information. However, we retain the right to decline or cancel orders for any reason, including product availability limitations, inaccuracies, pricing errors, or issues detected by our fraud prevention team.
Payments: Svony accepts a variety of payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, PayPal, Apple Pay, Affirm, Alipay, and payments linked to Amazon accounts. Additionally, we accept payments by check from US banks and wire transfers to our US bank account.
Return & Cancellation Policy: Your satisfaction is our utmost priority. Customers have the option to return items in their original condition for a full refund within fourteen (14) days of receiving them. If a return is approved, the buyer must ship the items within one week, ensuring they are fully insured for their total value and securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Returns cannot be accepted beyond this 14-day period.
A 15% restocking fee applies to returns of three or more items.
Cleaning or repair fees may be deducted if the returned item is not in its original condition.
For customers in the US, Canada, or South American countries, returns should be sent to our warehouse in New Jersey. For customers in Europe, Asia, Africa, Australia, and New Zealand, returns should be directed to our warehouse in Istanbul, Turkey.
For all countries except the US, customs duties and/or VAT or GST will be deducted if previously paid by us on your behalf when refunding your payment.
In the event of fundamental errors on our part, such as the delivery of incorrect or damaged items, the buyer is entitled to a full refund.
Damaged Shipments: If your order appears damaged upon receipt, please open it in the presence of the delivery service personnel or, at the very least, bring the issue to their attention when signing for the item. If possible, obtain a photograph of the damaged package and contact us immediately while retaining all packaging materials.
Items Not Received by Customer: Items that are not received due to multiple delivery attempts or rejection by the customer will be subject to initial shipping costs and return shipping fees. Custom-ordered products will be charged the full value.
VAT and Customs Duties:
VAT (Value Added Tax) and customs duties vary by country and are the responsibility of the recipient. Rates differ based on the country and the contents of the order. European customers may be billed for VAT by UPS and DHL. For many European countries, we offer the convenience of pre-paying VAT on your behalf to local customs.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

2. Custom Mirror Orders:
Custom-sized mirrors are made to your specifications, which means they cannot be resold to other customers. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges for custom mirror orders unless the mirror is damaged during transit or there is a fundamental error on our part.
3. Damaged Mirrors:
We take utmost care in packaging and shipping our mirrors to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. If your mirror arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will require photographs of the damaged mirror and its packaging for our records.
If the mirror is damaged due to our negligence or during transit, we will either send you a replacement mirror or issue a full refund, including any shipping costs incurred.
4. Return Process:
